台北短宣第三日：學習跟從，見證神奇妙嘅工作

神嘅工作，真係好奇妙！

今日係我哋第三日服侍台北馨香堂教會 (Aroma Church)。今日主要嘅服侍包括外展宣教，以及協助進行英語會話時段（Coffee Talk）。

其實嚟短宣之前，我一直諗：「今次我哋可以嚟幫助當地教會做啲乜嘢呢？」但係嚟到之後，慢慢發現，原來神想我哋學習嘅，唔單止係「做啲乜嘢」，而係學習合一、信心，同埋跟從。今日朝早，我哋全隊14個人（七男七女）一齊同心服侍，幫教會進行每週大掃除。雖然只係一啲好簡單、好平凡嘅工作，但係當14個人用一個合一嘅心去服侍主嘅時候，深深感受到：服侍唔一定要做咩「大事」，只要我哋願意擺上，神就會使用我哋。

God’s Work Is Truly Amazing!

Today was our third day serving at Aroma Church in Taipei. Our main ministries today included outreach and helping with the English conversation session, Coffee Talk.

Before coming on this mission trip, I kept thinking, “What can we do to help the local church?” But after being here, I’ve slowly realized that God is teaching us something beyond simply “doing something.” He is teaching us unity, faith, and how to follow Him.  This morning, our team of 14 (seven males and seven females) served together by helping with the church’s weekly cleaning. Although it was just a simple and ordinary task, serving together with one heart reminded me deeply that ministry doesn’t always have to be something big. When we are willing to offer ourselves, God can use us.

完成清潔之後，Ps. O 帶領我哋一齊禱告。為神擺喺我哋心入面嘅感動禱告，亦都感謝神，讓我哋可以喺每一個細節入面遇見祂嘅足跡。嗰段禱告時間，令我更加感受到，今次短宣唔係我哋計劃好一切，然後求神祝福我哋嘅計劃；而係我哋先將自己交畀神，求祂帶領我哋行下一步。

After we finished cleaning, Ps. O led us prayer. We prayed over the things God had placed on our hearts and thanked Him for allowing us to see His footsteps in every little detail.

一個街頭邀請，一個信心嘅功課

下午，我哋分咗兩組。一組落街邀請途人參與晚上嘅 Coffee Talk活動，同時介紹馨香堂教會事工；另一組就留低預備晚上 Coffee Talk 聚會嘅教材。而我就被分配咗落街做外展。落到街，雖然途人好多，但當我哋邀請佢哋試飲馨堂咖啡時，好多人都好似趕住去下一站咁，匆匆避開我哋。等咗好耐，終於有一位女士願意停低試飲我哋嘅咖啡，仲同我哋傾咗一陣計。於是，我哋就鼓起勇氣邀請佢參加晚上嘅 Coffee Talk。

In the afternoon, we split into two groups. One group went out onto the streets to invite people to join our evening Coffee Talk and introduce them to the ministry of Aroma Church, while the other group stayed behind to prepare the materials for the evening. I was assigned to the outreach team. There were many people on the streets, but when we invited them to try Aroma Church’s coffee, most people seemed to be in a hurry and quickly walked past us. After waiting for quite some time, one lady finally stopped to try our coffee and chatted with us for a little while. We then gathered the courage to invite her to join our Coffee Talk that evening. 

到咗晚上，竟然真係見到呢位女士出現！嗰一刻，我哋成組人都非常開心。嗰種感覺真係好難用言語去形容。原來，我哋只需要踏出多一步。當我哋願意憑信心去邀請一個人，神可以喺我哋意想不到嘅地方工作。呢件事再次提醒我：我哋嘅責任係忠心跟從，而結果就交畀神。我哋未必知道一個簡單嘅邀請會帶嚟乜嘢，但係神知道；我哋未必知道一個人之後會唔會認識主，但係神知道。對我哋嚟講，最重要嘅唔係控制結果，而係願意成為神手中嘅器皿。

Amazingly, she actually showed up that night! It was such an encouraging and joyful moment for our whole team. It reminded me that sometimes, all we need to do is take that first step. When we are willing to step out in faith and invite someone, God can work in ways we never expected. Our responsibility is to faithfully follow. Let go and Let God. We may not know what will come from one simple invitation, but God knows. We may not know whether someone will eventually come to know Christ, but God knows. Our role is not to control the outcome, but simply to be willing vessels in His hands.

Coffee Talk：充滿歡笑嘅兩小時

Coffee Talk 其實係我哋今次嚟台灣短宣，其中一個最主要嘅服侍。喺台灣，有唔少人都希望有機會用英文同人交流，而馨香堂教會就提供咗一個好寶貴嘅平台，讓大家可以喺一個輕鬆、友善嘅環境𥚃面練習英文。今晚嘅Coffee Talk有三十多人參加（不計同工），成個空間都充滿住笑聲同熱鬧嘅氣氛。大家都好投入、好願意參與，亦都見到唔同嘅新朋友加入。嗰一刻真係再次感受到神嘅奇妙。我哋可能只係預備教材、帶領活動、同人傾偈，但係神可以透過呢啲好普通嘅事情，喺人心裏面工作。我哋負責擺上，神就成就。好盼望星期日崇拜嘅時候，都可以再次見到佢哋嘅身影，更加盼望神繼續喺佢哋生命裏面工作。

Coffee Talk is one of the main ministries of our mission trip in Taiwan. There are many people in Taiwan who would love opportunities to practice speaking English, and Aroma Church provides a warm and welcoming space where people can come together, connect, and practice English in a relaxed environment. There are more than 30 people attending tonight’s Coffee Talk, not including the staff team. The whole room was filled with laughter and energy. Everyone was engaged and willing to participate, and we were so encouraged to see new faces joining us. Once again, I was reminded of how amazing God is. We may simply be preparing materials, facilitating activities, and having conversations with people, but God can use these ordinary things to work in people’s hearts. We simply offer what we have; God brings the fruit. We are praying that we will see many of them again at Sunday worship, and more importantly, that God will continue to work in their lives.

From brainstorming and preparation to leading the sessions, their dedication and willingness to serve have been so encouraging to see.
