Day 6 第六天｜A Day to Rest in God 在神裡安息的一天

Today is a day of Sabbath at the Aroma church. We reserved this day for each of us to rest in God. He gave us sunny weather today after almost a whole week of rain. During the day, we each use this opportunity to enjoy Him in our own way. Some of us strolled around a park, some of us went to catch-up with old friends, others went explore the city while reflecting on things we’ve seen and learned so far. 

今天是 Aroma 教會的安息日。我們特別預留了這一天，讓每個人都能在神裡面得到歇息。在經歷了將近一整週的陰雨之後，祂今天賜給了我們晴朗的好天氣。白天，我們每個人都用自己的方式把握這個機會去享受祂。我們之中有些人去公園散步，有些人去和老朋友聚聚，還有人一邊探索這座城市，一邊反思我們目前為止所見所學到的一切。

During my reflection time, God reminded me that He is always the one taking care of everything.  He has my best interest in mind and He is all powerful to protect and provide.  So I can rest in Him without worrying about anything. (Philippians 4:6-7 ESV)

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

在我反思的這段時間裡，神提醒我，祂始終是掌管並看顧一切的那一位。祂把我的益處放在心上，並且祂滿有能力去保護與供應。因此，我可以安息在祂裡面，不用為任何事憂慮。 腓立比書 4:6-7 和合本

應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉著禱告、祈求和感謝，將你們所要的告訴神。神那出人意外的平安，必在基督耶穌裡保守你們的心懷意念。

At the end of the day, we gathered around for dinner and shared our experience and thoughts. We’re all thankful to have a day of rest that prepares us for the second half of the mission trip with more outreach opportunities. Pray that the Lord will continue to lead us as we encounter the locals in the next few days. 

在這一天的尾聲，我們聚集在一起共進晚餐，並分享了各自的經歷與心得。我們都很感恩能有這一天的休息，好讓我們為後半段的宣教行程做好準備，迎接更多外展事工的機會。請為我們禱告，求主在未來的幾天裡，當我們與當地人接觸時，能繼續引領我們。
