Day 10 第十天｜Ten Day of Grace, Love, and Unity 十天的恩典、愛與合一

By Steve Kwan & Jasmine Lai

Today was the final day of our short-term mission trip to Taiwan. Some people from our team are checking out of the hotel and leaving later today. We also went to Aroma Church for a final cleanup this morning. We sadly learned that 2 team members got sick and couldn’t join us at the church in the morning. We prayed for them and provided words of encouragement and support. We had done the cleanup on previous days, so we were all prepared to do it one last time to help the staff with the final cleaning and at the same time say farewell to the Aroma staff.

After the cleaning, we had our last prayer meeting with the Aroma staff, led by Pastor David. The singspiration was a collaboration between the Aroma team and the Seattle team. We prayed for the Aroma staff, Pastor Chris and Pastor David, the EC Talk and coffee talk, Longshan Temple, the school, and Taiwan. After the singspiration and prayers, we said goodbye to our Aroma friends one last time.

The 10 days have flown by so quickly and I couldn’t believe we are now about to say goodbye. As a team, we did everything together in unity including cleaning, coffee talk, EC talk, helping Miki by painting and moving out her items, street evangelizing, outreach to middle school kids and many other activities. All of us worked together to help each other in unity and love.
