探訪仰光幾個生活困苦的家庭，對我來說是一段十分特別的經歷。最令我驚訝的是，儘管他們的生活充滿挑戰，他們卻依然流露出喜樂，並且熱情地接待我們。當我們走進他們的家時，他們都很樂意與我們交談。雖然我們大多只是聊些日常話題，沒有深入的交流，但他們始終面帶笑容，甚至在生活並不寬裕的情況下，仍熱情地拿出許多食物招待我們。
Visiting the struggling families in Yangon was a unique experience. I was especially surprised by how happy and welcoming they were to us. When we walked into their homes, they were eager to talk with us. Even though most of our conversations were just small talk and nothing too deep, the families were always smiling and even offered us plenty of food despite the difficult situations they were in.

這兩個家庭都不是基督徒，然而他們卻張開雙臂歡迎我們，也真心感謝我們為他們禱告。兩個家庭都正面對不少困難，無論是經濟方面還是健康方面。其中一個家庭的孩子因免疫系統較弱，經常生病；另一個家庭的父親則因腎衰竭而無法接受進一步治療。
Neither of the families was Christian, yet they welcomed us with open arms and were truly grateful when we prayed for them. Both families faced many struggles, both financially and health-wise. For example, one family’s child had a weak immune system and became sick frequently, while the other family’s father had kidney failure that was beyond treatment.

雖然我知道這次探訪的目的，是透過禱告和陪伴讓他們感受到我們的關心與愛，但我心裡仍然感到有些難過，因為我們能夠為他們做的實在有限，真希望能夠給予他們更多實際的幫助。
Even though I know the purpose of the visit was to pray for them and show that we care, I still felt bad that we couldn’t do more to help them.
